We aim to dispatch the stocked items in 1-3 days after the confirmation of your purchase.
We ship our product through “Australia Post” standard mail.
If you live in Australia please allow 1 week for shipping.
If you live outside of Australia please allow 2 – 3 weeks for shipping.
If you would like to be able to track your goods please email us to place a custom order and an additional postage charge will be added to your order for the traceable or expedited shipping. Standard air mail is untraceable and we do not accept responsibility for any potential problems caused by that service.
Important information for customers from outside Australia: If your order is to be delivered outside of Australia, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
